A few helpful answers

What can I customise?

All our pieces offer a choice of fabrics, colours and finishes, so you can find a look that suits your home. Available options vary by product and are shown on each product page. If you have something specific in mind, contact us before ordering and we’ll help you explore what’s possible.

When will my furniture arrive?

Delivery times depend on the piece you choose, your selected options and your location. Please check the product page and our Shipping Policy for the relevant production and delivery estimates. If you’re furnishing your home for a particular date, contact us before placing your order so we can help you plan.

How do I know it will fit?

Compare the dimensions on the product page with your available space, allowing enough room for walkways and surrounding furniture. Remember to measure doorways, staircases, lifts and any tight corners along the delivery route too. If you’re unsure, send us your measurements and photographs of the space, and we’ll help you assess the fit before you order.
