Shipping Time Frame:
- For simpler designs, expect your order to be processed and shipped within 15 to 21 working days, allowing 1-3 working days for our logistics to deliver it to you.
- For more intricate and customized pieces, the shipping timeframe may extend to 15 to 28 working days.
- For orders with multiple pieces, we will communicate the expected timeline accordingly. As a general guideline, please allow approximately 3 additional working days for each extra piece added to the order. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the items ordered.
Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, our team begins the meticulous process of crafting and customizing your furniture. Each piece is made with the utmost attention to detail to ensure it meets our high standards of quality.
Delivery Process: For all Gauteng based deliveries, one of our drivers will contact you to arrange a suitable timing for delivery. This can change, due to the unpredictable nature of our deliveries. Should you be located outside Gauteng, partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your furniture safely to your doorstep. This will be on a shared load, of which a date for transportation will be provided unless express shipping is used.
